People have this bull**** idea of him being a good bloke, a magnanimous, sporting chap....well, it's ****ing easy to be sporting when you win all the time. What an appalling cunt he is.
FFS Shaggy, United are one point off Chelsea(albeit Chelsea have a game in hand) they're in the Carling Cup semi-final and in the last 16 of the Champions League. Not to mention they more often than not hit top form from Jan-May and they've also 2 or 3 key players to come back from injury. They've been very poor in alot of games this season and below the standards they set but if they pick up the League at the end of the season that won't even be mentioned.

It baffles me that people write United off every season around this time of the year, if not before. Come May time they're often left with egg on their face.

United look so shaky at the moment - it's such a shame that we are in such a mess cause we could have really punished them this season.

Slowly though, ever since the rafa rant, we are starting to see bits of the media having little bites at him - he's slowly becoming not untouchable and i think he knows it,

He's got a two match suspended ban from critisising the officials, and the last two games Leeds and Birmingham he's done it and seems to have got away with it

I'd love to know what the official criteria for taking action against managers is, because there must be one but the enforcement of it isvery inconsistent

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He's got a suspended sentence for berating referees but he's still going after them. Last week, five minutes wasn't enough, he got six this week and still he criticises the refs. I think the Referee's Association should force Riley out of his job and give Ferguson the head role. He fully deserves it.

He has got away with it. No further action to be taken according to Sky Sports website.

My point was that they are considerably worse than they have been for ages and are losing many more games than usual - and he can't deal with it. Argue with that.

Now it's basically guaranteed that the next time their player should get a red card, the ref will bottle it. They always do, it's how he works.
Agree with both of these, unfortuniverlartily.

It's like Drogba's diving, everyone sees it, but the refs and the FA think it's fine and fall for it and always will.

To be honest I can see why they didn't go after him for this - managers often say similar things. I hope however they are noting it down as last time they gave him less punishment than otherwise for what amounted to previous good behaviour which is clearly bollocks. I have my doubts they will do though.

Slagging off the ref is a good way for him to ensure the media don't lead with reports of how **** his team has played, how his rotation has cost them matches, how most of his signings are failures, etc.
                                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
