Way too much revisionism over Roy Hodgson. Just a quick glance at the first page of that New Manager thread shows that even Shaggy wanted him - whilst I do not believe for a second he was Shaggy's preferred option.
I did not fare much better Shaggy, I actually said we should consider Moyes,
Been here before and posted links etc. Out at the mo so can't do it again.
Sure, that was a low point. A very low point. But when he was actually linked and we knew he was gonna get the job I like many others was mortified.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
Think we all do it when a new manager or new players come in. Sometimes you have your opinion about them previous and can't help but say your piece & sometimes you give them time and hope they prove you wrong.... we all do it.. **** it. Seen it many times with Rafa (latter), Roy, Rodgers, Lucas, Downing, Hendo, Meireles, Skrtel, Dossena, Aqua, Carroll, Keane etc all splitting opinion.

Just read a few pages of that Manager thread and it brings back dark, dark memories. Bickering at each other and some very negative feelings against Rafa.
Still, Craig has had the last laugh now Mourinho manages LFC.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
