Do you think the team will do the normal lap of honour at the end of the season if we finish 7th or in fact anywhere outside the CL places?
          We come not to play.

A lap of honour is an acknowledgement of the fans support during the season, not the other way round. Independent on where we finish in the league, this has to be done.

I reckon a few of them will feel pretty ashamed going round on that lap of 'honour'.

It's just thanking the fans....lap of honour for them, teams laps of honour come after winning things.

A lap of thanks....ok yes...Honour..but it's the fans being honoured not the players.

This seasons will be to honour and apologise to the fans...WHO HAVE SUPPORTED the team all season....regardless.

I suppose thats a good way of thinking about it, currently i'd feeling like lamping some of them though

they will do it, it will be half hearted, and probably only half applauded. It will be like that awkward moment when you bump into an ex on a night out

I am sticking my neck out and reckon we will still get the 4th spot. **** knows how, but I can see us doing just about enough.

I havent ruled it out completely, but the problem is, whilst i can see other teams dropping the points, we're just **** away from home and i cant see where an away win is coming from. We wont do it via just home points.

I really couldn't see how we could possibly get beat by Wigan but it happened so my confidence is seriously dented. I still have a little hope though as I don't think Spurs and Villa are all that. They will drop lots of points they always do. City are in a much much better position than us but they have a LOT of hard games coming up so I don't think its out of our hands just yet

I've completely ruled it out, it isn't going to happen. It's best if you prepare yourself for it now. In the time since we lost at Wigan I've been grieving, I'm doing it now. When it actually happens I'll be numb to it, I'll have done all my mourning. We don't have a prayer of finishing 4th, not a prayer.

That's probably the best way, and i felt the same after wigan, but i'm now healing and i dont want that because the next comedown will be even harder.

Think it will be less painful for me if I stop putting my money on us
