that was a brilliant defensive performance - so well organised and fluid - even with 10 men they easily contained the best attack in the world

****ing blatant! It really is win at all costs with him - which a small part of me admires but the way it manifests itself is pretty disgusting. That Porto team were one of the most cynical, ugly set of cheating anti-football cunts I'd ever seen...until Chelsea....and now this lot.Originally posted by red g View Posti do wonder if Pandev was really injured?
proper naughty that. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

but at everyone of those teams he has got the absoulute maximum out of them........shame we cant say that about nice guy rafa.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostI don't mean that, obviously. It's possible to go somewhere and defend without the hideous cheating, play-acting, timewasting etc. Rolling around every 30 seconds and all that ****e. Porto, Chelsea and now Inter._____________________________________

he is a pathological egomaniac, which generally makes him an even better manager, but sometimes causes problems as everything becomes about him and not the team. It also means that he needs to move on every 3 years to find a new challenge to feed his hungry ego.Originally posted by Shanks View PostWhats the problem with Mourinho then?
He has an arrogance that pisses people off but he has great tactical awareness.
If we won the title or the CL with him in charge what would happen??
Some people need to get a grip.

They almost had it too when substitute Bojan Krkic broke free in the Inter box and lashed into the roof of the net in injury time.
The home supporters' unbridled joy was short-lived though, as the referee had given a mysterious handball against Yaya Toure in the build-up beforehand.
It was a contentious decision, in keeping with some strange rulings from the officials throughout the night. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

The type of man that could manage lfc, then go off and join UTD...i can just imagine him now...saying he's the only manager that is capable of being able to do that and keep the love of both fans.

Hate to say it......but the bloke is a born winner. Plain and simple.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post****ing blatant! Here is a question for you Shaggy and any others who hate Jose,
Hypothetically speaking of course......
IF getting mourinho 100% guaranteed the title next year would you want him as manager or would u keep Rafa if you knew he was 100% Guaranteed not to win it?_____________________________________

I think the fact that nearly every bookie in town had Barca down to win this game speaks volumes..Originally posted by dww View Postbut I fail to see what credit he deserves for 'setting his team up perfectly' for this game.
Of course he deserves credit..
He made a difficult job look easy.

If it meant him winning things in the only way he's ever won things - i.e anti-football - then no thanks. I want to see us playing good football in the right spirit. I think that stuff's important - sue me.Originally posted by red g View PostHate to say it......but the bloke is a born winner. Plain and simple.

I would derive no pleasure out of winning as ugly as his teams do it. To complain about our style of play and then to call for him baffles me. Some are happy to accept that style and that behaviour to win things (although in reality it obviously comes with no such guarantee), I and others are not.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
