Thanjk you.

Well I kept my 100% record for defeats. It was the best conference game I've seen at Wembley though. Comically dreadful first 20 minutes by both sides that somehow York contrived to emerge from 2-0 down. Oxford keeper threw the ball into his own net to give York a chance before half time.
York by far the better team in the second half but couldn't score. Courtney Pitt (who has played on the losing side in the three play off finals I have been to) put in a piss poor corner from which Oxford broke and scored. Very disappointing.
york the better team????? what game were you at?
E I E I O up the football league we go
just on that penalty by the kormagorn or whatever his name is, i watched his best of vid and i think he does that penalty on a regular basis, maybe the keeper had seen the vid on youtube...?

To be honest I don't know why people think what he did is somehow worse than Lampard missing the goal entirely or the equally easily saved penalty by Boateng in the cup final. If you are good at it I would imagine it has a similar success rate to the **** it really hard brigade.

exactly... stick to what ure good at.. if its chipping it then chip it... if it belting it then belt it... ure not gonna score every penalty you take in your career however you take them, he just happened to miss at an important time
Stephen Darby scores the winning peno for Swindon against Charlton
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Delighted for young Darby but he was at fault at for one of Charlton's goals...
Fair enough any player can make a mistake, particularly a young one but Darby seems to have a mistake in him every game.
Watched him closely throughout, he has pace and is a strong runner but he needs beefing up a bit.
Would it be fair to say we should hold out more hope for Martin Kelly?
