mmmm De Gaulle would have been better than Nostradamus, he at least deserves to be famous.

Someone could probably pull out a suitably vague Nostradamus phrase which would predict you posting that

Too bad that Awelio is leaving. I guess we could always replace him with, I don't know Emiliano Mowetti or Zambwotta

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

France forward Nicolas Anelka could be sent home after swearing at coach Raymond Domenech

Reports emanating from France Saturday morning underlined the scale of the rift in les Bleus’ camp, with Nicolas Anelka’s angry and very frank exchange of words with coach Raymond Domenech at half-time in the recent Mexico fixture the culmination of weeks of tension.

France Football states that with les Bleus tied 0-0 with el Tri after 45 minutes, Domenech gathered his troops in the dressing room at the interval, but Anelka was not impressed by what the coach had to say. Domenech “firmly but politely” told ‘Nico’ that he was to stop dropping deep from his centre forward role, or else he would be replaced.

“Go f*** yourself, you dirty son of a b****,” the Chelsea ace is reported to have replied.

“Ok, off you go,” Domenech said to the striker, who was by then already making his way to the shower.

RMC has reported on Saturday morning that Anelka could now be sent back home prematurely.

But the former Real Madrid striker was not the only France player to respond unprofessionally on Thursday. David Astorga, a journalist with TF1, tried to interview William Gallas on the field after the Mexico defeat, but the out-of-contract Arsenal centre-back gave him what the French call ‘the finger of honour’.

Ou hi Houe...Sacre bleu!!! It's all out mutiny now, as the french players have a bust up in training.

Went out to train apparently...for the public session too...big bust up..all back on the bus and off they trot..

It was really bad too...a clipboard was even thrown to the ground in anger...

Domonech has lost control. Can't believe how badly they're imploding.

They should phone Laurent Blanc now and put Domenech out of his misery

Real credit to that World Cup, France are................regardless of the dickheads in the team, and in the coaching department, they don't appreciate how lucky they are to be there.

France's players refused to train on Sunday following an on-pitch row between captain Patrice Evra and fitness coach Robert Duverne.
The public training session was about to begin when coach Raymond Domenech had to separate Evra and Duverne.
Following the incident, the squad left the pitch and walked towards the bus.

There have been tensions between the manager Domenech and the players for ages, I couldn't understand why they let him keep control of the squad for the World Cup finals. Something like this was inevitable IMO
