Heskey was one of England's best players in the first game, I find it a little odd that he'd be one of the first for the chop given some of the other performances
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I feel a bit sorry for Heskey. He's obviously not Marco van Basten but the level of stick he's getting from all quarters - in fact it's not stick, it's piss-taking and at times abuse....well it's OTT if you ask me.

Everyone knew that he doesn't really offer goals he's in the team for other reasons. He played well in the first game, had England won, people would have been hailing his performance. He did what he was in the team to do and did it well IMO, so if they were to drop him I'd fine that very odd to he honest.
