He is funny, totally random but funny neverthless but completly bat**** mental also.
I'm actually inclined to believe he does half these things. Seems he's very kind natured and is mindful that there are people out there that are in a less fortunate position than he is, he is also not ****ing serious and that is good.
Footballer's these days are too serious you can see it on their faces, Ballotelli isn't he simply does not care and that's the way people should be.
He is improving in terms of his discipline too, yes he is guilty of the occasional moment where he goes ****ing mental but in all fairness that is rare. He has matured immensly as a player this season at City.

I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty.
