Except, you're exaggerating, and nobody has actually said that.

Hyperbole but many pundits have been critical of Rafa and are going after his tactics at Inter. Pretty much taking any little thing he changes tactically as a means to "differentiate himself from Mourinho" like all RB does all day is think about Jose and he prepares his tactics thinking of him rather than winning matches. Which is absolute bull****.

Madrid may have gotten a result today but they were extremely fortunate and were outplayed for long spells. They got out of jail with a di Maria wonder goal and a horrid deflection off if a Ronaldo free kick. They were terrible, especially the goalscorers, but I guess getting the result makes Mourinho geniues even though they won by 2 uncontrollable variables and could easily have lost this match.

Benitez took over a team that had just won everything. Mourinho takes over a team that won nothing. Rafa was always going to have his work cut out there as failing to win the title would be a disaster.

Jose has his work cut out as possibly the greatest club side of all time are his new teams fiercest rivals. If Real can win the title after Barca added the worlds best finisher and best destructive midfield player to their ranks then he is a genius.

Personally I can't see either Jose or Rafa being a success at their new clubs.
        Forwards.......

Actually I think Rafa has to change tactics a little bit, they won everything last season and maybe they need some adjustment to keep the hunger and to freshen things up a bit - since they didn't get any major players in.
          * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

San Jose scored a penalty for Bilbao.

Atletico were largely outplayed by Valencia today but still managed to hold onto a point and had the lead for the majority of the game. Valencia are looking pretty good this season with Aduriz and Tino Costa looking really good signings. Aduriz in particular, what a striker and only 4m euros. That's cheaper than Konchesky.

Anyone see these pics of the tackle on Messi recently that put him out for only a few weeks?

WOW. He is one lucky boy!

I did my ankle in a few years ago and it came up like that. Thought i had broken it at first as it looked the same as that picture but had it x rayed and i had sprained the ligaments. They do always seem worse at first.

I was only out for about 6 weeks before i could play football again.

Hope he's back soon playing football, the only thing I like about football at the moment.
