They then cut to an interview with Fabio, where Shreeves challenged him on his English. Capello said "when we were winning games, no-one talks about my English. We lose one game, and it's a big problem".

They go back to Keys, who again asks Redknapp about it. "Well that was a good answer from Fabio. I have bigger issues, such as formations, but his communication is still a problem"

Keys: "So it's a problem. Is it a big problem? Or is it a small problem?"

It was like watching The Day Today or something

it's like he is trying to be even more of a inept smug cunt each time he's on.....the other day when i mentioned the Monday night football with andy gray and the whole scene with them on the little 2m square astro turf pitch (that had ****ing white lines painted on ffs hahahaa) that was seriously ****ing weird - he has got worse - it's like, he thinks he knows loads about football, and football is a really difficult subject, so he has to simplify it for the viewers by asking these ****ing stupid questions in a stupid way because in his head, he must be thinking "hhmmmm i'm really clever, and this exactly the sort of thing, the man at home watching will want to know and would ask if they could, so i'll ask it"........he then follows it up with something ****ing stupid.

Redknapp said "I'd take a draw right now" - which IMO was absolutely fair enough. Keys pulled a face of total contempt and scowled...Redknapp virtually flipped, and all the while Keys stood there with his hands in his pocket pulling faces. After the row, Keys did a link to the break while Redknapp stood there absolutely ****ing seething, smoke coming out of his ears

Keys even made reference to it at the end of the show, calling it a "good joust", while Redknapp still looked pissed off. Clowns.
Yep, i saw all of that - brilliant to watch. Next to Keys, Redknapp is a highly intellectual expert. But Keys was having none of it You could almost see the vein on Redknapp's temple growing and growing in size

Keys is such an absolute bellend of the highest order, it was comedy gold.

haha there is loads of 'small' groups - but nothing has really grown yet! here's one comment i found on "get richard keys off sky" from last year which sums it up ****ing perfectly

There was a great quote in the London Lite paper today, comparing Sky Sports and ESPN presenters, pundits and commentators.

Not verbatum but it went something like "Wit, charm and charisma........are three characteristics that Keys has never had. It's a wonder he's been in broadcasting for... so long". I burst into laughter on the train at that one. The article ended with "Surely it's time for Jeff Stelling to be given the captain's arm band", which is a great shout for me. Jova had an absolute shocker yesterday vs Slovenia (mistakes all over the pitch, terrible passes), which, btw dominated the game, but again, opponent (serbia) scored, so it ended 1:1.

It was remarkable really...Keys' relentless cuntishness and inanity seemed to spur Redknapp on to actually talk some sense. He made some good points last night and looked very astute standing next to that ****wit!

I don't know how the Sky top brass can't see it. They have Gower anchoring their cricket and he's a knowledgeable fella...why can't they do the same with their football coverage? I know some of it comes down to the whole class cricket/football thing, but the analysis and punditry for the cricket is excellent. Surely there are some smart people out there in TV land who are into football?

I loathe Sky and I don't understand why people would subscribe to this tripe. You get football streamed for free on the Internet.
                Are we winning?

As much as watching streams is very handy, it's not the same as lying on the sofa and watching it on the telly.

Because watching football on a tiny little window on your laptop isn't particularly ideal, especially if you want to invite friends round to watch it with you Compare that to football in HD on a 42" screen and it's most definitely worth subscribing

I find it easy enough to just watch the actual football, and simply turn over/put some music on/go for a ciggie during the "talky" bits.

Oh absolutely. Still, I wouldn't give my hard earned money to these pantomime kings.

the whole cricket set up is just brilliant - bumble legend, gower legend, michael holding or shane warne when they are on, legends - botham class, nassar hussien class, I even tolerate atherton and nick knight

they all now their stuff, all willing to speak their minds, have different personalities and humour etc

you compare it to sky football and it's just laughable, it's not just sky though - me and my dad were talking about this the other day - how the **** do people like mark bright, andy townsend, robbie ****ing earle etc end up on our tv's

Regarding Sky and keys though - it is remarkable how he has held onto this job for so long......it's almost as if sky are scared to get rid

Haha Nick Knight bugs the **** out of me but Mike Atherton surely doesn't need tolerating?! He's brilliant.
