I think that's fair.Originally posted by McDermotX View PostGood keeper.........how do you define overrated though in all fairness. Never heard anyone describing him as the bestest ever !
Has been one of the most consistent goalkeepers in the Premiership for the last decade, so deserves his reputation........personally don't think he dominates the area enough for my liking, but its one of the few flaws in his game.
Bit of an arrogance factor though, as throwing a wobbler when Hart took his place isn't unprecedented.....he done the same on one of the occasions Harper took over when he had one of his injuries, and performed well.
Don't understand City not letting him go before the deadline closed though......bit of an odd one. Having said that, I like seeing overpaid dickhead footballers being told to sit on the ****in' bench when they believe they're entitled to play.
As for whose better, Reina, Cech (not the keeper he once was but nowhere near the liability some like to make out, and certainly better than Given), possibly Hart. That's probably it. I'd prefer Given to the 40 year old Van der Sar.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Three off the top of my head: Hart; Cech; and Reina, obviously.Originally posted by ronanm View PostWho's better young'un?
He's a great shot-stopper etc.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

Mancini clearly thinks Hart is better but yeah, it's only one season..
