the case I argue for Ferguson is that he is a winner and that despite his press conference pre match psychological warfare that he is expert in indulging in(and anyone knowledgeble in football will agree on that where he is expert) he traditionally represents what is good about football, and if you can not see that then I am sorry for you.

Shankly was the same for Liverpool. He really irked the opposition with his witticisms yet he won aswell.

Shankly didn't screamed at the ref in game after game and I mean SCREAMED, sometimes for over a minute.

Is that what is good about football? If someone else would behave like this then he would get ban after ban after ban but Fergie gets away with it because he is Fergie and you can't ban him after every game. It happens so often that you now only say, just another Fergie rant when in reality it's a disgrace that it happens in game after game.

Fergie is a very good manager but also represents in many ways what is bad in todays football. I don't think he can spell to the words fair play.

How can you not hate the man responsible for that? I admit he is one of the best football managers ever.........but he is a cunt, ****face pissflap of the highest order, I despise every ginsoaked bit off blood in his decrepid frame. Fergie no matter what anyone says has done a fantastic job at Man U and goes down as one of the top 5 managers of all time in England and yes he is the archetypal pantomine villain as far as Liverpool are concerned but at the end of the day he is what british football is all about.

Clearly he is struggling with the modern average football player. An uneducated kid with an IQ of 100 who is easily manipulated by an agent or friends for the love of money or lifestyle.

Gerrard has his head turned and nearly left even after Liverpools greatest success in recent years, and only changed his mind from pressure from his family and Rick Parry.

I dont mind a bit of banter but when I hear them described as cunts or ****s, it just makes me think about where football really is today and whether certain supporters even deserve any success.
