What is baffling is, after everything that's happened to us, is how the vast majority of Man u fans can't or refuse to see what's happening to their club. Due to the Glazier's debt ridden tenure at that club they're goin down EXACTLY the same road as us. We're all now graduates in company law while, judging by the moronic calls on the phone-ins, their fans haven't got a clue. Shrek's pay rise leaves even less in the pot for players. Their owners aren't gonna suddenly spunk a load of money on the club as a result of this fiasco. This all smacks of another "deal"
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

It not just the Glazers bleeding the club dry, it's Rooney too, yet Scum idiot fans can't see it

Manchester United’s owners pledged to give manager Sir Alex Ferguson £100million to buy new players – which helped persuade Wayne Rooney to stay at the club.
Rooney had questioned the club's ambition when publicising his desire to leave United on Wednesday.
But assurances from American owners the Glazer family that they would loosen the purse strings helped convince the striker to stay.
It is understood that Rooney was reassured after being told by Ferguson that the owners were sincere in their desire to release the funds, despite the burden of debt carried by the club as a result of the Glazer takeover.
It is also understood that the prospect of joining Manchester City concerned the striker, and that he had few alternatives.
Chelsea would not pay superior wages to those offered by United, Barcelona did not have the financial clout and Real Madrid were happy with the options already in their squad.
With the pulling power of Old Trafford, the best players in the world will once again be back on Sir Alex's radar, with a world class goalkeeper, midfield dynamo, new winger and striker top of his list.
£100m? Isn't that about the same amount as they lost last year? Obviously the journalism isn't of the highest quality but still, who do they think they're fooling exactly?
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?
I think they have something close to 150 million cash in the bank but I thought that was meant for paying off debt, so maybe they are going to take some off that to buy players - don't know how smart it would be though considering that pesky debt.
* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

But everytime a LFC fan says it to them they think were trying to be on our pedistals now were debt free. Too be honest, whenever I talk with a Man Utd fan about there financial troubles, I definatly feel as though I have the moral high ground and talk down to them
There are a few united supporters i know who are really worried about their clubs future both on and off the pitch. Though these tend to be aware of football before the 90's and the sky "phenomenon"
