Crouch will have enjoyed very much, scoring against Rafa Benitez - apparently. As if he hates him or something. What a ****ing dolt. Rafa sold Crouch because he rated Torres higher and Crouch wanted to play - that's all.

Crouch is probably extremely grateful to Rafa for making him the player he became.
