Got us at 8/1 a couple of weeks back. GK aside we don't have a weakness.

Obviously Arsenal are unconvincing between the sticks. Fabianski and Almunia are fine shot stoppers but when it comes to being commanding and authoritive youse are found wanting. What Arsenal give to have Pepe Reina, absolutely perfect he would be.

I would say you're still a soft touch in defence, in the centre and particularly with Clichy who always has a mistake in him. Sagna however is top class imo.

In midfield there's plenty of quality - Song does a good job shielding the defence, Fabregas, Nasri and Wilshire can create chances for fun and run the show. Arshavin and Walcott are a bit hit and miss but when they're on form they can be deadly. Potential match-winners.

Up front, Arsenal obv have a bit more of an edge with the powerful and quick Chamakh...he's adapted well but will he be able to keep it going for the duruation of the season? Only time will tell. Still need a fully fit Van Persie imo.

Overall though you aren't crying far away, not far away at all. I just think Chelsea and United know how the win when it matters, that's where Arsenal let themselves down.

I can see utd as clear winners by a big score, rooney will be back and scoring. Chavs and Arsenal could easily lose. Then the media will start the utd wankfest just in time for xmas

Funny thing about the Chelsea game is that when it started all the commentators could talk about was how Chelsea are the only team in England with a 100% home record and how they haven't even conceded a single goal at home yet

In the past, you had senior players, proper leaders who would fight tooth and nail, in difficult times, and lift you. Petit, Vieira etc.
