Totally. The validity of the claim is instantly negated by the NDA. Put yourself in that position if you were falsely accused. Payment = guilt.

Its the power play of a guilty conscience. The #metoo movement has got miles to go when you've got the leader of the free world saying its a dark day for single young men who have to worry about being erroneously accused (as if thats actually worse than being raped) and millionaire sportsmen paying of girls they are accused of raping.
