Bender you silly Indian. Football is second in India to cricket. It could be massive if the Indians got their fingers out.

Did they not say they were in talks with Ronaldinho's advisers/reps

They can't offer his advisers or reps 6.2 million, they don't own him. So if they said they put an offer in? AC have not received it.

Venky's, the company that bought Rovers in November, says their Brazil office is in talks with Ronaldinho's manager.
Venky's chair Anuradha Desai told BBC Radio Lancashire: "He is keen to play in the EPL [English Premier League] and I think that goes in our favour."Desai also admitted that Rovers had made attempts to sign David Beckham on loan from Los Angeles Galaxy.
She added the club were "open whenever he is ready to come".

Beckham has been the subject of much transfer speculation with several Premier League clubs waiting to hear whether LA Galaxy will release the former England captain on a loan deal during the Major League Soccer off-season.

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has already suggested that Beckham is keen to move to White Hart Lane while Blackburn have joined Newcastle as interested parties.
            More to follow.

Blackburn’s Indian owners, Venky’s, cast Ewood Park into uncertainty again on Monday night after it emerged the club had lodged a £6.2 million bid for Ronaldinho. Less than 24 hours earlier, Venkateshwara Rao, the co-owner, had denied any interest in the former Brazil international, who is currently with AC Milan

              Ding Dong.

Yes i get what you are saying. Who knows if they are full of **** or not. But from what i have read, they have been in touch with his advisers, while your story says that they have made a bid for him and milan say they have had no such offer.

Gazzetta dello Sport claims AC Milan forward Ronaldinho has decided to join Gremio, with the news set to be announced later on Tuesday. That means Blackburn must look elsewhere for their first signing of the transfer window.
