Ok, so joking aside - how the **** has he done this?

All of a sudden, West Brom are winning away from home, scoring lots of goals and playing passing football.

What the **** is going on? Where's the sitting deep and inviting pressure? Where's the hoofball? Where's the 'cant win, wont win' away from home form?

How the **** is he doing well?

Amazing what you can do when you don't have to work with someone else's players really isn't it.

Roy Hodgson has told talkSPORT he has no regrets about his time at Liverpool, but admits he’s happier at West Brom.

The Baggies boss took charge at the Hawthorns in February, just a month after he was sacked by the Reds, and has turned around the club’s fortunes and moved them well clear of relegation trouble as he has quickly rebuilt his reputation.

He insists, however, he does not regret moving to Merseyside. He told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast: “The Liverpool experience is one I don’t regret at all, it’s just a pity it didn’t work out better for me, but I’m pleased to see things have turned around now and they are close to where they shoud be.

“Yes, I’m happier now - being successful always helps. And I’m happy for myself I took the opportunity to come straight back in [to football].

“I was doubtful, as anyone would be after a difficult experience, but I don’t regret it all. The fans at West Brom are very sensible supporters who support their club through thick and thin and you can’t always say that these days.”

Albion have three games left of the current Premier League season, starting with this weekend’s Black Country derby at Wolves, and Hodgson insists there will be no let-up from his players, despite their mid-table spot.

He added: “We won’t want to let the fans down. We’re happy to have secured our safety as early as we have but the last three games are important.

“It’s very important when you’re on a good run to keep it going and to go into the break feeling good about yourselves and feeling confident . If you lose the last three, all of a sudden doubts start to creep in about your ability to stay in the league.”

And Hodgson is hoping next season will be one of continued progress at the Hawthorns as he seeks to establish the club in the top-flight.

"I hope we can build from here,” he said. “The most important thing is keeping the nucleus of the squad together and then making one or two adjustments.
“It’s important to bring in players that are suitable for the club. There are lots of good players out there but some are more suited to certain clubs than others, so we must be very careful with our recruitment to bring in players who will gel and make us better.”

If that is a loaded comment, he must have been oblivious to the ownership situation. When exactly did Liverpool fans not support their club during the darkest days the club has ever known? He was a symptom and had to go. He must be hopelessly deluded if he can't see it.

Up until reading that bit, i was thinking jeez maybe Roy's actually a reasonable enough old fella afterall but by **** did i look at that comment in disgust and dismay. As Ryan Babel would put it, "SMH"

If there's a set of supporters that stick by their club through thick and thin then it's Liverpool's, of that their can be no doubt. Of course it's a loaded comment, he's a clever guy.

The bitter, twisted ****er was extremely lucky to see his West Brom team score a last min goal against Wolves(who dominated), from then on they've gone on a great run, fair enough but he's hardly been in the position to receive stick from the West Brom fans as they're safe as houses.
