Wanted to bump this, 'cause the lad was excellent today and, more and more, he looks utterly settled in the side, never looks out of place and is improving all the time. Read some journo saying recently, that he is on Capello's radar too. Much as i always prefer our lads to just not play international football, it'd be a fantastic achievement for Kelly to break into the England squad this season.

He's already looking established, which is ridiculous for a kid at such an early stage of his career. Long may it continue

Very composed today....near faultless and looked like he'd been in the position for years.
I know a few of us still have some concerns over his heading, but he's going from strength to strength.

I find it pretty amazing that Kyle Walker seems to have jumped ahead of him in the England pecking order. In fact I've been surprised Kelly's been overlooked so many times, although injuries obviously haven't helped. Lad's a fantastic prospect.
