I caught some of their show on the radio last week for the first time.

It was utterly ****ing rubbish, bordering on amateur. No rapport with the listeners, completely inane topics and very little insight and knowledge on what they were actually talking about.

I just find him extremely dull and not very enthusiastic.

Dave Jones doesn't have the same presence or knowledge and that's why he won't get it, but he's pretty good too. Nice bloke too, got some connections with him.

Chamberlain comes across as quite witty. Well, he's the funniest man in the world compared to Keys of course but on a normal scale he can be reasonably sharp.

I expect we'll all end up him hating him sooner or later.

I don't know if you remember but he first worked for SSN as their odds man/betting expert. He's very sharp.

I think Shephard is absolutely terrible and it's a pretty poor reflection on how he's done that he hasn't got the job, considering they brought him in specifically to lighten Keys' load and as a potential long-term successor. He's ****e. Belongs on some ITV fluff like Dancing with Pikeys or whatever its called.
