Genuine question, not having a pop here...

Going into this season, what were you expecting Spurs to achieve?

Did you personally consider 4th (or higher) as a realistic prospect?

And what would you have been happy/content with?

I was hoping for 4th again, I didn't think citeh would gel as well as they have done in all honesty. It looked for a moment we could of pipped chel****, but our wheels have come off. Them getting T****s and Luiz will give them the extra boost they needed.

Bah! What with that and the FA cup, my bubble has burst. Still If we get past AC, whatever happens after that round, it'll make my season now.

I still think you're in the race for 4th, but you needed to get a quality striker as there's question marks over all of your front men IMO.

Also while i'm brain-picking, what's your honest assessment of us....as we are now, the business we've done and prospects going forward.

It'll be nice to get the view of someone without the irrational chelsea-type of anti LFC hatred, bitterness and sheer cuntery

For what it's worth my Spurs mate is also bemused at their scattergun approach to trying to bring a striker in, as well as being bewildered by your attempts to buy Adam.

He also wanted Spurs to buy Suarez and Carroll and reckons it's been a great window for us - Torres going included.
