THe joy has gone from his game......And lets face it we all knew it was a bit of a silly move going to a soulless club and one that I dont think has had a togethernesss since Jose really.

I think they will **** of Drogba in the summer and bring in a new 30m+ striker in, probably the one fernando wants

I havent observed it to closely but I wonder if defenders are sitting back more against him as they know he hasnt got that electric pace to burn past them like he once did? I remember lots of defenders did the same with Owen.

It's been pretty obvious for a while. He's lost that first burst of pace. Once upon a time if he was 1 on 1 with a defender, you'd think he's away. Not now.

glad i wasn't the only one then

He will score goals for them, he is a good player, and he scored goals for us.

What has suprised me though is his attitude/body language etc - it's the same as it has been for 18 months with us......surely he can't cling onto the lack of match fitness because he played enough times in a row for us and then two for chelsea for that to be ok, the worrying thing would be that, the other excuse he got was his head wasn't in it for liverpool - well if thats the case, his "dream" move and "light at the end of the tunnel" with chelsea, whilst i wasn't expecting two hat tricks in his first two games - i wasn't expecting two performances that have been just as bad as his last 18 months - you'd have expected that he would have been fired up to **** and shown something in those two games but he hasn't - all he has seemed to do is upset the balance of the squad.

Don't get me wrong - he will score goals, but i don't think we will see anything like what he was like in his first two years here and if thats the case well then we would have done a great bit of business.
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

With every game that he fails to score or contribute, the £50m price tag will start to weigh very heavily on his shoulders.

Also it won't be long before guys like Drogba start moaning about being dropped in favor of him.

Honeymoon period is going to end very quickly Nando. Enjoy.

              Indeed

The plastic fans are not known for their patience either are they.

You do wonder that seeing as he looks as miserable and moody as he has done for the past 18 months and seeing as he's moved to a new club who offer more chances to win things (in his opinion) that part of him is thinking "oh **** what have I done, I'm playing with Fwank "supa goals" Lampard and John "lock your wife up" terry"

Got rubbished by Trevor Francis on Talk**** this morning.

                Almost felt sorry for him.

                Almost.

he's a striker. once he gets a goal or two all will be well with him.

i'd say i was more embarrassed than gutted. they have to steal our flags and now our songs cause they are plastic fans. sad state to be in. i'd hate for lfc fans to have to resort to the same tactics.

He'll score goals in time, its inevitable.
However, the past 2 games must illustrate what a f***ing stupid little boy he has been.
This Chelsea side is marginally better than us, if that.
Only we'll be able to spend a lot more freely to improve, and they won't
We have fans who supported and adored him, they don't.
We have the history and tradition, they don't.
We have a spanish-speaking core, they have JT and Lamps.
We have seemingly stable ownership, they have one who probably picks the team
We have a legend for a manager, theirs is on the brink of the sack.

                              Is that a chant?

I was singing it and then realised it wasn't a song.
