    Rafa out.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Just think it through, just ignoring Alonso and Garcia we wouldn't have won the CL and the season as a whole would be been a failure! Looking at it this way I can't really believe he got more season with us

Some people on here have an irrational hatred of LFC players. It really is bizarre. Especially basing it on a few months of playing too

Also I think chaotic seems a very odd choice. There seems to be pretty good logic behind the Borini, Allen and Sahin deals even if they didn't work out or you don't specifically rate those players. We needed players in each of their roles for sure.
Plus Allen has had more good games for us than the success that is Coutinho.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I want to slap anyone who rags on Sahin - we got a world class player and then played him massively out of position and wondered why he didn't just magically adapt. He's a deep sitting playmarker, not a ****ing #10.

Sahin got chances to play in the middle and he was hopeless, he had clearly been ruined by injuries, any pace he once had had completely gone the lad made Shelvey look quick FFS, add to that he had zero defensive awareness or tackling ability.

How's he doing at Dortmund BTW ??

He cannot get a game and I laugh at those who say he is world class: he is not and never was.

Well to operate as a deep lying playmaker, you need to be good at pressing and tackling. Those were 2 things he was not good at hence why he was asked to play the number 10 role which he also wasn't very good at. He can't a game for Dortmund now. He couldn't get a game for us. And when he returned from injury he couldn't get a game at Real. I think that says it all really.

He joined Dortmund 2 months ago and has started 1 game and made 4 sub appearances all around the 80th minute, no goals or assists obviously.

His second season signings were fantastic though and helped us to achieve 82 points in the league. You missed off Sissoko and Agger although the latter hardly played. Sissoko made a massive contribution to the team.

I watch Bundesliga now as I my mates are from Luxembourg. One is a Dortmund fan and I always ask him Sahin is getting on - he just laughs and doesn't say anything as he has been **** for them. He is going to end up back at Real next season as I doubt Dortmund will sign him unless it's for a couple of million.

Bull****, the guy's coming back from a year out with a bad knee injury - it can take months of regular play to get back to your best and you need only look at the role he played in their 2010/2011 Bundesliga win to be convinced of his quality.

LONG-TERM INJURED PLAYER IN NOT BEING AMAZING SHOCKER. For ****s sake, you'd think he was the first person to come back from an injury and need rehabilitation into the team.

Think that's it. I don't think him coming to the PL was going to add him coming back to fitness. He looked a good player in flashes. No doubt he has the ability. Just don't think it was the right time for him. Would have loved for it to work out

Torres was ruined by injuries too remember, everything I've seen from Sahin since last summer makes me wonder if the same thing has happened to him. You're talking like Sahin has only been fit for a month or so, the fact is he hasn't been injured since he came here in August.
