Great performance from Kuyt today; worked hard (as usual), linked up well and was a constant threat to Arsenal's defence. He was firm in the challenge, made some absolutely fantastic runs and was unlucky not to be on the score sheet.

I didn't think Kuyt was great today. His pressing is becoming less effective due to his inability to make up ground quickly and I was hoping he'd play more in the hole.
However, he got into some good goalscoring position and I don't blame him because of the penalty miss.Comment

Yes, we (Liverpool Football Club) lost.
Him having a penalty saved, doesn't detract from whether he played well or not and it's certainly not irrelevant.
