spot on. yeah in an ideal world, they'll be hoping for a bidding war but it can also depend on the players choice of Club he wants to join.

Everton would obviously be reluctant to sell to Liverpool but it shouldn't be dismissed as a definite no-goer.

Whats everyones opinion on Everton, now that they're in a relegation battle would you like them to go down?

I honestly dont mind them that much.

Down - you ask most Everton fans they'd love the same to happen to us

Aye he's been one of their bright sparks this season.

He's actually a right back by trade but seems to be doing well further forward.

Whatever they think of us doesn't matter. The derby games are important, I don't want Everton to go down.

You look back on it and they have broken the club transfer record 4 times since Moyes has been in charge

Moyes has broken the club record for highest transfer fee paid on four occasions, signing James Beattie for £6 million in January 2005,[15] Andy Johnson for £8.6 million in summer 2006,[15] Yakubu for £11.25 million in summer 2007,[16] and Marouane Fellaini for £15 million in September 2008
3 of the four have gone tits up, i dont remember them selling to many for decent money and the Rooney money has been spent and more in that lot.

I don't see the relevance? Moyes has been in the job for something like 10 years? Players cost more than they did and he's been in the job for a long time.

It seems a bit mad that Evertonians are calling for Moyes' head, he could become a victim of his own success. He's done a fantastic job for them with limited resources.

Not having a go at Moyes, more the way the club is being run and if they are in the financial situation that is being speculated. They have spent big on a few players who have offered little or no return and have not got that money back through selling players etc.

I think that they've been shopping in the equivalent of Lidl as we have at times, fortunately we've had opportunities to buy decent players occasionally whereas Everton simply cannot afford to purchase top quality players. I'm thankful that my Dad wasn't/isn't an Evertonian.

I suppose our Diouf is the Blue****es Yakubu

Although for all his weight issues and dodgy Nigerian passport, saying he is 23, I reckon he could still do a job for them

he does seem to have gone as far as he could at everton.

the thing is where else could he go?

I would ****ing love it for them to go down...oh my god the ****ing joys would be immense! - even if it was just for one season......it would be nice to have one season of peace without their ****ing bitter moaning and arguements - I ****ing hate them - I have mates on facebook who every comment they ever post will be about liverpool!!! they are bunch of horrible deluded ****ers.....

it makes me laugh - one of the claims they through at us is that we are deluded, and not a big club and the sooner we lower our expectations and accept that the better....

Well ok then, if thats the case, and we agree that LFC are prob the 6th best team in the league.....were does that leave Everton - because Sunderland, Bolton, Villa, on paper all spend more/have better squads and set up - in fact even stoke do - which puts Everton in the 10th to 15th bracket imo, amongst the likes of fulham and birmingham......which is exactly were they are....so what the **** are they all moaning about and wanting moyes sacked for.......What were they seriously expecting???? because they are nowhere near good enough to be top 8

So yeah i'd ****ing love them to ****ing go down and shut the cunts up for a while.
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

One thing is for sure. Whoever comes up will likely be an easier six points.

No matter how ****e Everton have been through the years, form book has always gone out the window.

I want them to go down, it would be funny as ****. To be honest I've grown to hate the derby games. I used to love them, but the atmosphere is poisonous and their fans are absolute cunts. I wouldn't miss it - not for a year or two anyway.

                                BITTERS DOWN!
