Thanjk you.

Me and my mate were waiting for Valdes to touch the ball. We're pretty certain his first touch came after about 38 minutes (a backpass). His 2nd touch was to pick the ball out of the net.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
My gooner mate hates Bendtner and today that hatred is off the scale. I told him that Bendtner does not believe it was his fault for missing that chance.
And can someone FFS get Wenger another coat to wear. What he wore was a shambles... looked like one of those body sleeping bags with the bottom cut off.

Haha I was laughing at his coat. Oversized coats are big in football for some reason - Kenny used to wear one and has taken to it again, but that coat of Wenger's was ludicrous

That's fair enough really and wasn't aware it was delivered in such a way but Arsenal are second in the league and fighting their own Real in the form of the mancs so it's not that different a scenario.
Perhaps mate, but Arsenal under Wenger certainly do not have the personnel to match their supposed ambitions.
They've regularly looked light squad-wise, and that's not even counting his blind-spot with the keepers, and so have relied on talented young players to step up.........some do, some don't, some start OK and then are sold.
Wilshere looks like he could have a decent future, has his share of poor games, has his share of great games, but he's certainly good enough to be playing in that Arsenal midfield this season considering the other options available (as well as the injury form of Cesc).
As a club, that winning at all costs mentality has been 'passed' out of them the last few years, with regular capitulations in Cup competitions and fade-aways in the league. We keep hearing that this Arsenal team will be great in a few years (that was more than a few teams ago), so its yet to come to pass, but one thing you give them credit for, is the opportunities that exist for young players. So much so that any young player would be instantly drawn to them if a chance of a move to the Premier League came up no matter who they're "fans" of......
That opportunity is only reserved for the very, very special at Barcelona IMO..........winning with style is all that's allowed there, and more impressively, they back up their bull**** regularly. Trophies are delivered, titles are fought for between the big two, and the best players in world football all want to be part of it.
Fine young players like Wilshere would struggle to be a regular part of it all, but he wouldn't be alone in that regard, and who knows, at some point in his career, he could very well be playing in La Liga.
The media spin on what was said the other day didn't surprise me one bit........nasty, spiteful stuff looking to create yet another element of division between two competing teams. One English and supposed pass-masters of their league, and the other, already heralded as one of the finest to ever play the game.
Media want a story, media twist the words and context, and before you know it, you've got Jeff Stelling and Jamie ****ing Redknapp mouthing off about how "I'd love to see Barca's 2nd string, if Pep thinks he's got 11 better players than Jack" and other such crap. Really ****ing annoys me.

Although Souness and Rafa were both excellent last night...made a refreshing change. Redknapp's lowest common denominator punditry was really shown up last night.

I noticed the look on Rafa's face when Redknapp was speaking. It amused me. I had the sound turned off so could not tell what he was saying.

Did he say that Arsenal were literally passed to death by Barca?
Can't see any of the actually milian players showing up, like they did last leg. ibra has been awful everytime I've seen him play in this country, includes last year against arsenal whilst at Barca.
