I write about you (**** or otherwise ) about 5-6 times a season. You sing about them every game

Mamrtin, good luck for this evening and I will be backing Spurs. I think you are in with a decent chance

This is an exception though and the Mancs and Chavs can go **** themselves.

The irony of him making a point of how much i apparently write about them - and posting it on a Liverpool forum

I'm sure we're not going to spend the WHOLE night singing songs about Arsenal, maybe one or two. You're making out it's all we sing about. They do it to us as well, every game you'll hear them sing "Stand up if you hate Tottenham" it's part of the rivalry between us.

Everyone wrote us out of this competition, including most on here. Go back and look at the commentary from the Young Boys game. So to get to quarter finals is a pretty big achievement, I certainly didn't expect to get this far in our first year. I doubt you honestly did either?

I don't think it's a case of thinking we don't belong there, it's a new thing and the biggest competition we've been in, so all new territory to us (in recent history anyhow).

How's that ironic, I've never posted vitriol against Liverpool on this forum or any other. In fact I rarely get involved with the football discussions here.

In all honesty, whether i expected it or not, given the generally poor state of the CL (Madrid, Barca and the english clubs are the main threat, the rest is basically a load of bobbins) and how much you've spent, you are where you should be - last 8. You take the two Spanish giants, the english clubs, one of the milan giants and a Munich - and you generally have a list of 8 teams who SHOULD get to the quarters. That one or two havent made it, is merely reflective of the fact that 4 of the 8 drew each other, so obviously 2 had to go out. And did.

Just took the impression that you were suggesting i 'write' a lot about Spurs (**** too, no less ) and found it ironic, given that you're the one on an opposition club's forum That's all. I am in no way suggesting you shouldnt post here, i genuinely like the alternative input and despite what you may think, i dont hate or even dislike Spurs. I want all english clubs to get battered in europe, and in that regard, i am treating Spurs no differently.

Seriously, why piss on his chips?

Spurs are living the same dream we went through in the past and it's the first time for them and understandably enjoying it. They deserve to be where they are because they played well and unlike most of the rest of the teams are rarely cheating, moaning or complaining.

Bringing up how much they spent and what they sing is petty and as far as I have experienced they are a pretty vocal crowd and one of the loudest teams in the way end I have heard at Anfield. Credit where it is due, I have more feelings for Arsenal than I do Spurs but I'm backing them and hope they do well. Rather that than ****ing Madrid.

Pissing on his chips? I thought this was a thread about the CL games, where we could post our opinions on it, within the rules of the forum. Does it say somewhere that we can only post them, if they are favourable to Spurs? I'm just saying it as i see it, where's the problem?

And i've said they are where they should be - i havent said they've fluked it or anything of the sort, so i dont get what the problem is, in all honesty.

You think mentioning their spend is petty - i think it's entirely relevant in judging which clubs should/could get to the CL quarters, which is what i was doing.

You prefer Spurs to go through over Madrid - cool. I prefer Madrid. What's the problem?

All that bull**** about Ronaldo, Pepe, Marcelo and di Maria being injured. They were rested and it backfired.

And Bale starts for Spurs too. Shock.

Tottenham XI vs. Real: Gomes - Corluka, Gallas, Dawson, Assou-Ekotto - Sandro, Modric - Lennon, Bale - van der Vaart - Crouch

Real XI vs. Tottenham: Casillas - Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Carvalho, Marcelo - Xabi Alonso, Khedira - di Maria, Özil, C. Ronaldo - Adebayor

Was listening to Keys and Gray earlier (i know, i know ) and they had Salgado on as a guest - he said he expected that Adebayor and Di Maria would both not start. Andy Gray took it in a "interesting thoughts, let's see what happens" - but Keys, in his usual smarmy, cocksucking style, insisted "if that's was Michel says, then that's what will happen". Gray replied "Well, maybe it'll happen" and Keys retorted with the even more cringeworthy "Trust me, if he says it, it'll happen"

What a cockmunching cunt he is

                              Milito starts with Eto'o tonight.

Eto'o has scored or assisted 13 of Inter's 15 Champions League goals this season!
