Any ideas?New Premier League star 'gets gagging order'

A new Premier League footballer has reportedly been granted a gagging order after being accused of having an affair.
Kimberley West, an 18-year-old model, claimed to have had a three-month fling with the married sportsman who cannot be named, The Daily Telegraph reports. The pair are said to have started a relationship after meeting in a nightclub.
The footballer appears to be the latest high-profile figure to have been granted a gagging order by the courts to prevent alleged details of his private life being made public.
At the weekend, it was claimed that the footballer who was granted a super-injunction after being accused of having an affair with Imogen Thomas had confessed details of the relationship to his wife.
Private Eye editor Ian Hislop recently described Andrew Marr's actions as "pretty rank" after the BBC broadcaster admitted to securing a High Court Injunction in 2008 to prevent publication of details of a previous affair.

I'm pro-privacy unless there is a public interest consideration (rather than of interest to the public). So politicians moral judgements or judges commiting adultery etc are genuine issues of public interest. But while i'd love to see Cheryl Cole's tits, and i'm sure there'd be huge public interest in them, unless she gets them out in public, she shouldn't have to worry about some paparazzi with a huge zoom lense being a peeping tom.
What a celebrity gets up to in the privacy of their homes is private, the argument that they are well known is a legal irrelevance IMO. Of course if they get photographed kissing in public etc then that is in the public domain and their own fault.
We must be very carefull of applying law inequitably just because we don't like a person or what they stand for."that is my opinion and that is more important than what anyone else has to say about it" - Mr A.Fergusson, Oct 2011
