Think the SG one was pretty baseless to be fairI think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. He didn't. The judge specifically said that the defendant had 'not used those words' - it was in fact the judge who said it sounded a lot like blackmail to him (albeit with the obviously necessary legal qualifications).
