          Last throw of the dice from a desperate newspaper. Circulation is bumping along under 50,000. They've had numerous relaunches over the last few years that have not reversed the decline in circulation. The editor is fairly new to the job, young and ambitions. Trying to make a name for himself and his paper with the above front page. Seems to be working.

            That's a shame as it's one of the better newspapers, if i did read a newspaper, it would be The Herald or The Scotsman.
