The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
If City make it to top 4 surely they will be able to attract even better players ones who want to be in the CL and want **** loads of cash.
I quite liked City when they were not minted, but they are now so dont like them.
It's a worry alright, but Champions League or no Champions League, Man City will buy again in the summer and will be a threat, they're not going away any time soon.
Yeah all the money City have now does make you that bit more resentful towards them, but i still don't hate them or anything, just don't like them as much as i used to. They've always had a loyal fanbase which you have to respect.

The only "easy" game for Spurs is Birmingham and that could get more difficult if they are dragged into the relegation dogfight
A mixed bag for Citeh but they have the FA cup as a distraction. Blackburn, Everton, Spurs and Bolton will not be easy
One of the problems is that City have WHU at home a bit earlier than i'd have liked. A win takes pressure off them. If they had Blackburn tonight, then Spurs, then Bolton or Everton away, they'd probably struggle to take more than 4 or 5 points from that lot.
Unfortunately, by the time they play Spurs and go to Bolton, it may be too late to matter.
