      you never know.

so where 7 points behind city and they have a game in hand?

4 games to play. Still possible.

City are only 5 points behind Arsenal, 2 if they win the game in hand.

        Yep, very true that.

Very talented player but does flatter to deceive in many matches.

2 wins will put City out of our reach and their next game is WHU at Eastlands. They'll walk that, leaving them needing just 1 win from their last 4 games.

          4th is gone for us.

Are there any players called Johnson you do like?

Andy Johnson? Roger Johnson? Magic Johnson?
                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Liverpool wouldn't have finished top 4 no matter who the manager was at the start of the season.

More often than not the 4 teams with the most quality finish in the top 4 and we're not one of them.

I didn't say i didn't like Adam Johnson, i've said previously that he's a class act on his day, but i also think he often disappoints.

Yeah i quite like Andy Johnson...had a bad time with injuries in the last few years but when fully fit and firing, he's a class little finisher.

I see. Thanks for replying seriously.

Unfortunately your comment about Andy Johnson rather gives the game away but it was a good try.

Personally I'm not a big fan of Lyndon Johnson. Certainly he put in some fine home performances, on civil rights especially, but he didn't do so well when the team played abroad (especially in Vietnam). What's your take on him?

He's a very underrated President, although Caro also potrays him as a real arsehole. But he pushed through Medicare and wins huge points for the work on Civil Rights that those fabulous Kennedy boys bottled. He also got Bob McNamara his job with the World Bank.

Is that enough to amend for being the man who oversaw the mindless massacre of an ungodly number of his own countrymen?

Let's hope Caro finishes the series before he pops his clogs.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

                          That's nonsense:

Based on form over the season so far and averaging it over the season:
City average 1.78 points per game --> 67.9pts
Spurs average 1.67 points per game -->63.3pts

Us (all season) 1.53points per game --> 58.1pts
                          Us (Dalglish) 1.92points per game --> 73.3pts

Based on our form under Kenny we could have made the top four quite comfortably, and we wouldn't have signed Poulsen or PFK

Ok so we might not have done as well all season as we've done in the second half but it shows we were certainly capable with the squad we have.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It's easy to look at stats over a certain amount of games and they do make pleasant reading for Liverpool atm, but i honestly don't think if Kenny(or Mourinho or anyone) was in charge from the start of the season that we'd be 4th at this stage.

Even when Roy was here and everyone at the start of the season set him the target of getting us 4th place, i always thought we didn't have the team and indeed squad for it to come off.

That's the way i saw it anyway.

Not having Poulsen and PFK in our squad is worth 20 points. We would've walked the League.
