    Favorite Non-Lfc Players

I guessed there would already be a thread on this but I did a search and got this error

So if there is, mods merge as appropriate.

In the Torres thread someone mentioned that he was just another player for another team, and it got me to thinking of the players that I've always wanted to see in a red shirt, or players I just like. Besides the obvious of Messi, Zidane, etc I quite like Gyan for Sunderland, and have for some reason always liked Hulk who plays for Porto.

Fav non LFC player current player (premiership) is Balotelli, purely for comic value.

Fav non LFC player of all time was Henry.
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

          Xabi Alonso

He is very satisfying to watch..just oozes class and style. Has brilliant posture and rhythm. I imagine he'd be a brilliant golfer and powerful lover

From my days as a youff, growing up and getting my football fix through 'Football Italia', I used to love watching Signori (and his awesome penalties), Batistuta and Zola. These days, I like watching footballers who make difficult things look easy, players with great poise and technique, Alonso, Xavi & Van Persie tick those boxes.

Probably a wee bit controversial - but i'd have to say Ryan Giggs.

As much as i detest the team he plays for and the cunt that manages him - He's been unbelievable for them over the years..

                          I agree.

A model professional and the only Man Utd player I don't mind.

Quite the career he has had.

So hard to decide, first there's a bunch of Slovene players, and also a lot of players from France 98 World Cup (my first serious football memories, loved the Croatia squad).
Maybe I'd mention David Beckham because he probably won't get many votes here, but I've always liked him both as a player and a person, despite his alleged stupidity and celebrity image. And of course he's a Manc.
Then there's the obvious, Zidane, Ronaldo, Stankovic, Nedved, Bergkamp... don't like that many active players, Alonso maybe...

I like Wilshire, he just needs to move to a better club.
