Saw a bit about this on Skysports news this morning

Basically the French want to put something in place to stop players switching nationalities after they have been trained in the academies and played youth football for France.

Laurent Blanc is likely to get the boot too as he was involved in the meeting and denied that any report existed, it was later leaked on a website.

This is a disgrace for the French as a nation. There's something rotten and it's deep rooted there. Not too proud of my French origins judging by this I'm afraid.

I can confirm that most of the Jingoism/racism stuff about the French is true. I know of some people who even agreed about Le Pen's politics when he was in charge of the National Front.
