Are they skint though? Is that it? There is that perception that this a well run club which is financially very well off, but they seem to get in trouble which could be easily solved by some cash.

Rumours are that majority of the money is earmarked to be used as a payment toward the stadium debt.

Arsenal are well run and deservedly liked big 4 club and on the personal level I don't want to see them turning into a "selling" club having similar issues that we had with our top players going to the other clubs.

They are better than that.

I want to leave them in the dust by being better than them on the pitch but not this way.

Wouldn't mind seeing this happening to Mancs mind you.
