This whole notion that football is a free flowing non-stop sport is bollocks IMO. In a normal game there are so many stoppages in play that I don't think it would make any real difference having decisions reviewed.

Is the game that free-flowing now anyway?
Yes i don't want it to be like gridiron, a break every 5 seconds, but tech has come so far why should it take long that long to make a decision.

How many times in a game is there a contentious offside? (obviously more than goal line contentious decisions) How about giving a team a number of appeals (like in Tennis) where if they don't agree with the offside call they got to video judge?
