If Man City do have that in their contract it is meaningless. Whether through duress, ignorance or indifference you cannot sign away your statatory rights.Originally posted by Glenn Hysen View PostI'm sure the club decides what doctor to use. So now he' not entitled to any salary and also should be sued by the club. **** that greedy cunt!!!!
They can ask him to submit to their own doctor for some things - such as drug tests - but they cannot legally prevent him from visiting a doctor of his choosing.
Its not about defending Tevez or Man City's position, its about the legal position that protects all of us.Football without Origi is nothing

AC Milan have opened talks with Carlos Tevez's advisors about a January move for the Manchester City striker, BBC Sport understands.
Inter and Juventus are also believed to be interested in Tevez, 27.
It is understood that Tevez's advisor Kia Joorabchian was in Milan on Thursday talking with AC officials.
Tevez has been expected to leave City since he was found guilty of committing five breaches of contract in a Champions League game in September.

AC Milan would only sign Manchester City's Carlos Tevez on loan

AC Milan may still be interested in signing Carlos Tevez on loan in January but Manchester City are adamant he will only be allowed to leave on a permanent transfer, BBC Sport understands.
City have had no contact yet from AC Milan but the Italian club's chief executive Adriano Galliani said: "Tevez? Let's see. There is time.
"Whoever arrives in January will be on loan with the right to buy."
Milan need a forward as Antonio Cassano has been ruled out after heart surgery.
Galliani added: "If it wasn't for the problem with Cassano, we would have stuck with what we had, but we only want to sign players on loan in the January transfer window."
Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti also responded "let's see" when asked whether his club was interested in Tevez.
