He is a joke manager. Totally trading off his reputation as a player.

        **** - meet fan.

This Mcleish to Villa will gather pace and the board need to make a decision.
The fans are fuming by all accounts..

but if they jibbed Mclaren after the fans discontent, then why bring in Mcleish..

        Fickle as Fcuk..

If he won the first two or three games, everything will be back to normality..

I have a feeling the Mcleish leaving thing is about them signing Marlon King. He wasnt about when all the press was done. Id be pissed if my chairman signed that horrible cunt.
          *Except Michael, who died.

True. Whether that is grounds for constructive dismissal is another matter.

                        What a farce.

I was going to say McLeish, but it all is really.
                        • Martinez being told to go for an interview, but not to worry as he won't leave ... and he does exactly that.
                        • Hughes leaves thinking he's got a bigger job lined up ... and is in limbo.
                        • McLeish is willing to swap city allegiances.
                        • Shearer is willing to give up his comfy Match of the Day seat for a job with a player he hates.
                        • Gullit continues to implode every club he goes to.
                        • And the LMA keep sticking their sticky noses in.

                        Have I missed anyone?

Yup. Granted he might not be there next year, was just a quick summary of that managerial situation.

Theres no way that Lerner will get away with this, he's clearly tapped up McLeish. Birmingham have a strong case and Villa will get fined for this and on top of that the fans will turn on Lerner. He clearly intends on running the club on a tight budget now, they will struggle next season, big time

Yep... Something not quite right at Villa given the high profile candidates that have turned them down..

Lerner wants to work on a tight budget imo and they have no money to spend..

                                Exit Rafa, Hughes etc..
