    Joseph Barton ‏ @Joey7Barton
My favourite memory of him though is when he dropped his spuds when Keano put it on him. Goodnight Al, sleep well matey...
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He should have had a dig about Shearer sliding off the BBC sofa to get the Geordies relegated, then sliding back on it to resume lecturing the nation on the subtleties and intricacies of the beautiful game at the considerable expense of the licence payer.

Funny how Mr Holier than thou forgets that he was a dirty ****er as a player!

He should have been jailed for that. Instead he gets 100'000s a year for moralising over other players behaviour.

              I don't think so, he's quite handy.

Funny as hell though, at least he has a bit of a go, not like the "hold me back lads" that normally happens with these ponces.

                and lol at Barton's tweets
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I'd rather someone have a boring personality like Shearer than have the personality of a cunt/scumbag like Barton.

He's right about the hair though - Shearer really should take the bic to it now

As long as Barton confines his violent idiocy to the football pitch I have no problem whatsoever. Has anybody ever been injured during a scuffle on the pitch?
                      Oh I don't know.

Barton at risk of nine-match ban

Joey Barton could potentially face a nine-game ban for his red card and subsequent kick-out at Sergio Aguero if the Football Association consider the second offence worthy of a three-match ban.

At the very least Barton will be banned for four games at the start of next season, three for violent conduct and an extra game for it being his second dismissal of the season. His first red card was against Norwich City on 2 January when he tried to butt Bradley Johnson. Should the FA discip-linary department consider his kick at Aguero violent conduct, he will get another three games banned and a supplementary two for it being effectively his third red card of the season.

Later Barton took to Twitter to claim that he had been told by a team-mate to "take one of theirs with me". "The head was never gone at any stage, once I'd been sent off." Earlier he had tweeted: "Still not my proudest moment but who gives a f*ck, we are safe and that is all that matters."

Dunno. He strikes me as someone who if they weren't a footballer, would probably be banged up by now. Same goes for Terry. Scumbags both of them

This is true, hence my qualification about keeping it on the pitch.

IMO if we're talking about real cunts, Roy Keane is the cunt de resistance.

Anyone who goes out to deliberately end the career of another person is as low as it gets.

                              No arguments there.
