I think he could be useful this coming season, if he sorts out his home sickness.

He's older and should be more mature so might be willing to give it another shot.

We've lost so much on him we might as well give it another try.

But right now we don`t have anybody to do anything. At least we can`t make bad deals now.

Fake, you have a fertile imagination.
          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

yes he could be useful, but as he is never going to be happy here its just not worth wasting breath over.

I think we should hold on to him unless we can get the right amount for him. He could be a useful squad player. Too bad if he doesn't like it here. If he sulks and doesn't perform he would be hurting his future income possibilities. We have to start acting like serious businessmen ourselves.

just watching a rerun of our game v Portsmouth where we won 4-0 09/10 season. He was playing and really looked good, I really feel he hasn't had a decent run of game to show exactly what he can do. We could have really done with him this season. Better than Spering,Shelvey, Adam, Henderson and Downing Imo.

...............AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani revealed that the club will not be taking up the option to sign Alberto Aquilani but could do so at a later date.

“We will not use our option to buy Aquilani before May 31. We will re-open talks with Liverpool in June, though,” said Galliani.
I'd make sure that if we do a deal for him with AC Milan we make sure it's for a fee higher than the agreed one out of principle.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We should put him on ebay and only accept paypal.

Obviously but don't make him feel like he isn't wanted when he is an improvement on what we already have. If he doesn't want to be in England, different story, but at least make him feel wanted so if we can't get anyone better than at least we have him...
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

He is better than all of them combined but I cannot see him coming back.

Today apparently Fiorentina showed interest and if that is the case he could easily end up there as they need replacement for Montolivo but he'd need to take pay-cut to push the deal through.

I want us to keep him, if only for a year.

                                Same here.

We could have used his creativity and his skills for last 2 years and we could use it next year as well.

We are paying his wages so why not keep him with us next season rather then try to loan him to someone for free and look like a fool once again.
