Dunno if you saw the post-match stuff on Sky after the Spurs/United game today but Gary Neville was great to listen to. He emphasised the point about stability and how changing managers so often is never going to lead to success. It was put to him that Roman 'wants to win the CL' so he keeps changing it until he finds someone who'll win it. Neville's retort was that, of course Roman wants to win the CL - so do Bayern Munich, so do AC Milan, so do United, so do Liverpool, so do Barcelona - everyone wants to win it, but only one can. He relayed the point about how football works in cycles and whilst nobody likes having barren periods, whether it's not winning the league, not winning a cup or not being in the CL - it DOES happen, that just IS football and you will never change that.

Really? Sky put up a graphic of the latest odds on the next permanent Chelsea manager and there were about 10 names on the list. Moyes wasnt one of them and the lowest one on the list was 16/1.
