Journalist saying on radio that he's doing a focus group with some senior football club scouts to find out more about what go's on in their job.

Anyway, he mentioned this in relation to a converstaion he's having about Chelsea, he said all these scouts were at Cobham watching Chelsea reserves get beaten by Arsenal the other day, might have been yesterday, anyway he said there were 80 scouts at the game, and the general consensus was that not one of the players on show for Chelsea would be good enough to move up to the first team.

Which if true, is terrible, the money and people they've hired to search out talent beggars belief.

They don't have a philosophy, a style of play or a vision other than to reduce their losses. A terrible example of club management.
