I think Ambramovich should bring in an unknown & unfancied Russian coach with rumours of him being former KGB (tough *******s they are known to be), be his ears & eyes in that dressing room as that would scare the bejaysus out of them players cos they won't know what the **** is going on as they would have been expecting a top class manager!

Betcha if Mourinho went back, he would be appalled at the behaviour of the so-called senior players there...He would bomb them out as like what Fergie at Utd has instilled, the fear factor is important for every manager.

Hes at the wrong club at the wrong time. Been badly advised going to Chelsea. He could have stayed at Porto another year, then gone to a Top team in Germany/Holland/France then progressed to a top team in England/Spain/Italy

Too much too soon for him, which is a shame as he seems like a fantastic manager.
