When you look at the region, Merseyside and Catalonia, Barcelona and Liverpool identically. But when you look at the teams I think Real Madrid and Liverpool FC have more in common that Barcelona and Liverpool. But it is up to every individual imo to decide who they support when it comes to sports. If everyone had the same opinion the world what be a weeeeird place to live on.
I think that Liverpool have an exciting team this year and I look forward to future transfer windows. I hope we will buy a really good striker. We need a Higuaín, Villa (altough he hasn't scored so many goals this season) or a Benzema. A player that can just get the ball into the ****ing net. I'm tired of seeing the ball hitting the woodwork every second time. A 2008/09 Liverpool Torres would be to prefer but I would not like Liverpool to buy Torres back from Chelsea. I hope we can get a young player who hasn't peeked yet to become the new super star.
By 2020 I would like Liverpool to have won one or more Premier League titles and maybe a Champions League. That's not that unrealistic, is it?JUSTICE FOR THE 96!

I still reckon Real's strength in depth will shine through and they'll win the league. Lets just hope it's not Suarez they take a fancy to in the summer eh.

Plus Lack of Squad Depth

Replace Mourinho with Rafa and Madrid can end this cycle of bi-annual humiliation at the hands of Barcelona.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostAye - When you see Xavi and Iniesta playing as they did tonight you think no team should ever stand a chance against them. Xavi is insanely good.

I think Madrid will never have Barca's guile. Ronaldo bottles it for nearly all the big games. Their game plan was to press as high up as possible so as to stop Barca passing but it was never going to work for a full game. They will never achieve the level of cohesiveness that Barca have. They might win the league but that will not make them a better team. Are we winning?
