And his hair never looks out of place. Just like his Aussie compatriot Harry Kewell, lovely hair.

Pepe can only dream of such luscious locks.

Keeps a clean sheet, keeps his place in the side?

Perhaps a couple of games on the bench for Reina might help him find form again.

If it wasn't Everton up next I'd think the same but I don't want to see the nerves of last year against Blackburn make an appearance from him again especially against them.

He didn't do too badly against Everton last year.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

              Well done Brad!

I've been one of his fiercest critics , but I was delighted to see him play so well the other day. He's clearly a lovely bloke and he would have been absolutely buzzing after that

I'd still have Reina back in the team in an instant for the derby though

Hopefully he plays again vs Anzhi & does the same again to really apply pressure to Pepe.

Did everything required of him and his distribution was brilliant. And this is coming from an Australian who knows how dodgy he can be.

Is it right to drop him just because it's the derby? Either you're in on form or you're not, regardless of opponent. Carson's European debut was against Juventus, that went quite well.

In fairness I would say Reina's form has picked up a bit of late (again I've been a big critic of his recently), he's made some top saves, including saving a penalty finally (although I would have saved that one!). I'd say he's on form enough to justify claiming his place back.

It would be like dropping Stevie for Joe Cole.

It didn't though as he was at fault for Juve's goal and should have saved Cannavaros header

What is it now, 6 games with Brad in goal and no defeats?

I didn't catch yesterdays game, but I understand he made saves again?

Certainly worth sticking with even when Reina is fit. Make Reina earn his place. Brad makes saves. Obviously Reina is the better keeper, or has better attributes but he needs to start producing.

                            Brad.

His shot stopping has been very good.

He doesn't seem to command the area from my perception though, does anyone else feel that?

Also kudos to Reina being there yesterday support the team.

I agree he doesnt command his area. But all the same, its nice to have a keeper that makes saves. It was getting silly with Reina, one shot on goal, one goal.
