Mancini's like the anti-Benitez. He puts 90 bingo balls into a bag and randomly picks one to decide what minute he makes his subs

It's the same betfair truck, painted differently on each side.

I know. I was pointing out that if they wanted to make it look like fans were doing it. They probebly should HAVE used different blokes.

It's obviously a PR stunt, but it still looks funny.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think that if they play him again then they got signals that they won't win the case against him.

That means that they would have to continue to pay his wages and if they don't play him then his transfer value will go down.

Mancini probably got told to play him. He don't have much say about signings and who they will sell.

Play him or you get sacked.

Is this not something Mancini could walk over though. He is clearly at his wits end. I know if something similar happened to me with my job, id be looking for the first ride out of there.

The problem for them is that they will get big problems to get in a manager that will accept that he won't have any say in who they sign and sell.

They should let the manager be the boss and decide who they buy and sell. If they don't then they will always be a bit of a joke and the players end up deciding things in the dressing room and not the manager.

Mancini is more or less their best option considering he is used to work in conditions like this at Inter.

Managers like Mourinho, Rafa, Ancelotti, Capello....will never take the job if they don't are allowed to build the squad the way they want.

It is time for Sheikh Mansour to stop playing real life FM.

The manager must be the one that make football decisions and his word must be final.

As I see it they are in the same position as Rafa when Purslow made the football decisions. It will simply never work in the PL.

It works in Italy but not in the PL. Even in Italy some teams let the manager build the squad. Milan and Juventus two examples of that and Roma a third. The manager isn't in total control but he got a lot more say than 10 years ago.

Or even a skip without a lid, which i'm sure those ones have.. i doubt very much if any of those shirts they are throwing get in, there is probably a little hole somewhere to put them in, but obviously, that would be less dramatic.

think there's a good chance Rafa would win them the league if he went there.

Yeah I reckon so. Would hate to see him at another English club, but would be worth it just to see him get one over on Meester Ferguson
