Spending money doesn't mean **** if you can't manage them into an effective team or even buy the right players.

Look at Man Utd and Everton. Loads of money, both play **** football (the former being effective **** football).

If it wasn't for their Oil money they'd be battling relegation like they always used too. They deserve absolutely no credit as clubs like Liverpool or United have built what they have unlike these financial dopers.
