I think it will be enforced fully TBH. The best and most established clubs will become richer and richer and force it to be implemented.

Man Utd, Bayern, Inter, Juve, Arsenal and clubs like that (The traditional big clubs) Will force Uefa to do something about the newer threats like PSG, Moncao, Man City, Anzhi, Shaktar and whoever else has a sugar daddy.

I wholeheartedly disagree

Someone like Man Utd has a massive advantage. They are a strong side in footballing terms. But in financial terms they are a powerhouse.

So logic dictates that they will be able to buy the better and more expensive players. Which in turn makes them stronger, then just repeat. Maybe not now, but when it all levels out in 10 years or so.

As an example, in a couple of years time, it would be virtually impossible for a Man City situation to happen again. They have been operating a massive loss for the last 4-5 years. Its only because Mansoor brought them when he did they will survive these rules.

It effectively will allow the top clubs to close shop and ensure they remain in power and retain CL football year on year.

Is that their fault? No. They've conquered the marketing aspects of football better than anyone else and it's everyone elses fault that they didn't do the same as they have and whore themselves out to anyone and everyone to make as much money as possible.

It is a must to have a big stadium or else you don't have a chance. If a city only have a 50k population then top class football is something that is impossible to happen.

FFP stinks.

The only thing that could work is a salary cap.

More small clubs will do a Portsmouth thanks to FFP because they won't get paid as much as they do now for their big talents.

Well with that you are implying a Stadium is the main way to generate revenue. As I understand it it usually is around a 1/3 for big clubs.

United make a fair bit of money from Old Trafford but they make bucketloads more from their countless sponsorship deals that they have all over the world. Naming rights to their training ground and training kit, for example, it seems a bit stupid but it's all money coming into the club.
