I’d prefer they were docked points from last season & this season we’re aiming for number 20https://www.theguardian.com/football...ments-uefa-cas
So could we have a situation where City get banned and the Mancs or whoever finishes 5th sneak into the CL spots as a result?

That would be a very hollow victory. I'd prefer a two year CL ban from next season!
Pep would surely leave then? Was muComment

Yeah, I imagine we'll see it reduced to a one season on appeal.
I guess it depends how deep UEFAs pockets are and how far they're willing to go to uphold FFP.
Citeh owners have previously intimated that they'd sue the ever lasting **** out of UEFA were they found guilty of breaching FFP.
UEFA on the other hand do have history when it comes to handing out stiff penalties to European minnows who breach FFP.
A penny for Peps thoughts at the moment. The wee bald cunt.Comment

So as things stand, its the FA, UEFA, VAR, the LFC loving media (previously the City loving media, which they fail to recall) and Referees that are all conspiring against City... Have I missed anyone out?
They are a joke, and their fans are ridiculous. Why would FIFA have an axe to grind with them? What possible gain? I am sure it must be unpallateable for them, but the truth that is staring them in the face is that they are guilty. They have been caught, the numbers dont stack up.
There response is the same as Saracens in Rugby, absolutely no acknowledgement that the rules exist to make a level playing field. The job of a club and its accountants is not to find ways around this, but to adhere to the rules.Modifying post.Comment
Surely on appeal they will at least get a one year ban?
