Aren't they getting rid of Negredo because they have too many foreigners? Last I checked, Falcao isn't English unless City have a contact at the Home Office who can sort out dual nationality?

Negredo deal complete to Valencia. If City get away with an FFP dodge here then just do away with the entire system. They don't even need Falcao!! Jovetic/Dzeko/Aguero not enough?
